1. Who we are

2404 Store is a Nigerian online retailer of home and kitchen products. You can reach us at hello@2404store.com or on WhatsApp via the contact page.

2. Orders and confirmation

Submitting the order form is a request to purchase, not a completed sale. Every order is reviewed by our team and confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where stock has run out, delivery to your area is unavailable, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to be reachable for the confirmation call.

3. Prices and offers

All prices are in Nigerian Naira. The price shown on the product page at the time you submit your order is the price that applies. Discounts, bundles, and promotions can change or end at any time without notice. Compare-at prices reflect our standard non-promotional pricing.

4. Payment

Bank transfer: for most orders, payment is by bank transfer to the account details shown after you submit the order form. Your order is dispatched after our team verifies your transfer. If we cannot verify a payment within 48 hours and cannot reach you, the order may be cancelled.

Pay on Delivery: available only for deliveries within Lagos on selected products, and only after phone confirmation. Where offered, you agree to pay the full amount in cash or by transfer when your package arrives, and to be available at the delivery address you provided.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide through third-party logistics partners. Most major cities receive orders within 1–4 working days after confirmation; remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

If a delivery fails because you were unreachable or absent, we may charge a redelivery fee or cancel the order. For prepaid orders cancelled this way, we refund the product price less any delivery costs incurred.

6. Returns, refunds, and damaged items

Inspect your package on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video. Verified issues are resolved with a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, at your choice where possible.

Because our products are household goods, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used items. Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery at our discretion; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you nominate, normally within 7 working days of approval.

7. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, images, and specifications accurate. Minor variations in colour or packaging can occur. Customer counts, ratings, and testimonials reflect feedback we have collected and are provided for general guidance.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, submit false payment claims, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the operation of the service. We may refuse service and report fraud to relevant authorities.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
