1. Information we collect

Order information: your name, phone number, state, delivery address, optional delivery notes, the products you order, and order value.

Payment information: we do not collect card details. For bank-transfer orders we store your payment status and, if you choose to provide them, a proof-of-payment image or note.

Usage information: pages visited and campaign attribution (UTM parameters), collected through cookies and the analytics tools described below.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, confirm orders and payments by phone or WhatsApp, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and understand which marketing channels bring customers. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics to measure our advertising and site performance. These tools set cookies and receive limited event data (such as a page view or completed order). You can limit ad tracking through your browser and the platforms’ own ad settings.

4. Where your data is stored and who sees it

Order data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. We share only what is necessary with the people who deliver our service: logistics partners receive your name, phone number, and delivery address; our email provider processes order notifications. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, and legal obligations. Proof-of-payment files are kept only as long as needed to verify payment and resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

Under the NDPA, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where we have no lawful basis to keep it, and objection to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@2404store.com from the contact details used on your order. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff behind authenticated admin access. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
